Luke Greenwalt is the Vice President of the Market Access Center of Excellence for IQVIA and leads a team of market access specialists across multiple functional areas. He has been in the industry for 25 years and has held a variety of roles ranging from sales to marketing to market access.
Luke has firsthand experience launching brands, managing product portfolios, and addressing real world challenges manufacturer’s face as they go to market. He has worked across dozens of clients and is a recognized thought leader in market access with focuses on macroeconomic industry trends, pricing and value, launch excellence, understanding the impact of payer controls on brand performance, patient affordability and copay programs, and gross to net strategies amongst other areas. Luke is an originator and collaborator on over two dozen white papers and frequent speaker on contemporary topics to the life science industry.

VP strategy and analytics, Jason Budelmann has more than 15+ years of extracting meaning from numbers and data, both agency and client side. At MERGE, Jason leads the analytics team’s holistic efforts from performance modeling through data visualization and attribution modeling. He helps design data-driven strategies to capture information allowing for performance optimization across channels and platforms. In doing so he leverages experience from executing market research surveys and data enrichment efforts of website/CRM data. His experience includes AIG, B. Braun, Cardinal Health, and BCBSA FEP. Prior to MERGE, Jason worked with and for Grand Circle Travel, athenahealth, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Welch Allyn. He got his start in analytics working for EHR provider LumiraDx and then consulting at BGC Boston.

Pat has spent decades growing commercial organizations in healthcare. He has extensive client side experience, having started his career in sales and marketing with Johnson & Johnson. Subsequent to that, he was the Director of Marketing for Hologic’s Women’s Health Division where he led both DTC and HCP marketing and under his leadership his portfolio doubled in size from both a revenue and market share perspective. Just prior to joining MERGE, Pat was a happy client of the agency where he was Chief Commercial Officer leading sales, marketing, strategy, and distribution globally.
